Meet Our Founders
It’s cooking from scratch that inspired our owners, Milena Camargo and Juan Cedillos, to model their business after their preparation and cooking methods. Both of them have more than 25 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry. They decided to venture out on their own and establish Al Fresco Caterers 5 years ago. Their specialization includes American and international cuisines with custom and seasonal menus.
